Job Summary
The Plant Quality Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Manufacturing Quality System in alignment with company standards. This role ensures the effective application of Quality Methods throughout the entire manufacturing process, guaranteeing that products meet defined quality targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Manufacturing Quality System in accordance with company requirements.
- Define and enforce Quality Standards across production processes through Product and Process Quality Audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements, including ISO/IATF standards.
- Manage customer quality concerns by handling claims, applying problem-solving methodologies, and leading continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
- Oversee supplier quality by managing buy-part issues and conducting audits on incoming materials.
- Support manufacturing teams in the deployment of quality methodologies to enhance product reliability and process efficiency.
- Drive a proactive quality culture within the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry best practices.

Profile
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Plant Quality Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of quality methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with ISO/IATF quality standards and their implementation in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward quality excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environments.
