Treasury Technology & Process Leader
Job Description
Join our team and play a strategic role in safeguarding liquidity visibility, optimizing efficiency, and supporting digital transformation within Treasury with your Kyriba expertise. You will ensure seamless and secure connectivity between the company’s banking partners and internal treasury management system, drive the design and implementation of treasury processes and governance rules, and enable automated, data-driven reporting through Microsoft Office 365 tools.
Your Missions
* Manage and optimize bank connectivity:
o Ensure secure and efficient connections between external banks and the internal Treasury Management System (TMS).
o Coordinate with banking partners, IT, and internal stakeholders to resolve connectivity issues and implement improvements.
* Define and monitor treasury governance rules:
o Establish, document, and oversee business rules governing data flows between treasury systems and internal applications (ERP, finance tools, etc.).
o Guarantee compliance, accuracy, and consistency across treasury processes.
* Drive process standardization and continuous improvement:
o Map, document, and optimize end-to-end treasury processes.
o Promote best practices and contribute to digitalization initiatives within the Treasury department.
* Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions:
o Design, build, and enhance dashboards and workflows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
o Provide management with timely, accurate, and actionable treasury reports and insights.
* Collaborate and provide subject-matter expertise:
o Act as a key liaison between Treasury, Finance, IT, and external partners.
o Support cross-functional projects requiring treasury expertise.
Your Profile
* Experience in Treasury, Finance, or related field (5+ years)
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
* Advanced knowledge of treasury systems and ERP connectivity
* Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Mastering Kyriba TMS
* Kyriba certifications (Payment, Cash Management, Kyriba Connectivity) is a plus
* English fluent. French is a plus.
* You possess advanced financial analysis skills
* You bring proven treasury management expertise
* You excel in process optimization
* You have a solid track record in data management
