This will make you grow:
* Define HMI requirements for avionics systems in compliance with aeronautical certification standards.
* Develop and model HMI solutions in certifiable environments (model-based design) using Ansys SCADE and VAPS XT.
* Conduct Human Factors analyses: physical and cognitive ergonomics, workload, situational awareness, error tolerance, human-machine interaction, and human failure modes.
And this is how you’ll take us forward:
* Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Experience in HMI/HF design for avionics or other safety-critical sectors (aerospace, defense, railway, automotive/ADAS).
* Knowledge of relevant aeronautical standards
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
