Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for driving our lead generation efforts identifying potential customers and qualifying them to support our sales pipeline. This role is critical to our growth and we’re looking for someone who is pionate about basketball has excellent communication ss and thrives in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential leads through various channels (social media inbound/outbound marketing etc.) Engage with prospects via phone email and social media to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information regarding leads and client interactions Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new sales opportunities Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies for lead generation Stay uptodate with industry trends and our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role preferably within sports fitness or ecommerce industries Strong communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with excellent organizational and time management ss Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and sales tools Pion for basketball and understanding of the sports market is a strong plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred but not required What We Offer: Competitive salary and commission structure Flexible remote work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a fastgrowing company Ongoing training and support A chance to work in the sports industry and contribute to the development of athletes
