Performs cost and material usage analysis, to reduce loss and optimize the product manufacture. /p pThe method works in different industrial processes relating to product development, product engineering and production management. /p pThe position is responsible for researching, planning and facilitating operational improvement programs to create a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, elimination of waste, and KPI improvement. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollect and analyze data, procedure, and performance using evaluation tools and make recommendations for improvement /li liMonitor product and process improvement milestones to ensure on-time completion and sustainability on internal production and external suppliers /li liAnalyze, develop, ratify, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network /li liMonitor and report on status of projects /li liAudit all established lean manufacturing processes /li liRepoting and KPI monitoring /li /ul pHe/she will daily support to our artisans meeting safety, efficiency, productivity, quality and service expectations /p pHe/she will have the opportunity to partner with all the other manufacturing sites to share best practices /p h3Profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering/Economics or other relevant fields /li liPrevious experience in a high-quality manufacturing environment /li liLean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing know-how /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liLeadership skills, high energy level, team-oriented with a positive mindset to inspire and motivate /li liStrong problem solving and excellent organization skills /li liStrong Knowledge of Excel (Green Belt, SAP, Powe-BI is a plus) /li liItalian speaker, good in English and/or French /li /ul pReference LVM30617 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
