In this Digital Learning & Development role, you will help design, deliver and continuously improve e-learning programs for national and international clients from Milan. You work closely with top management to shape learning solutions that support business transformation and knowledge management. You’ll manage end‑to‑end training projects, create multimedia content, and explore innovative e-learning approaches. The role blends instructional design, platform administration and analytics to drive measurable learning impact. This is a dynamic, international environment grounded in collaboration and development, with a clear focus on impactful learning experiences.

* Manage national and international consultancy services from needs analysis through co-creation and delivery of training projects
* Design and implement digital training programs with engaging content, media selection, and change management
* Create multimedia content (videos, presentations, tutorials, newsletters, manuals, virtual classrooms)
* Customize multimedia content and delivery platforms per client requirements
* Research and explore innovative e-learning solutions and knowledge management products
* Manage online and classroom training using well‑known platforms
* Analyze data related to training and create reporting mechanisms to monitor progress
* Provide tutoring and assistance during training delivery on‑platform or in‑classroom
Responsabilità
* Knowledge of Moodle (admin side)
* Understanding of Instructional Design and editorial process for e-learning courses
* Proficiency xjrgpwk with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva)
* Familiarity with SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004
* Passion for HR topics, curiosity, proactivity, flexible with deadlines
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Excellent English, ideally with study/work abroad experience
