As an Intern, you willbe responsible for:
1. Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes andidentifybusiness improvements
2. Learning internal software toassistwith the completion of projects and tasks
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
4. Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
5. Assistingwith the day-to-day manufacturing operations, which may includemonitoringequipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met.
6. Participating in quality control and quality assurance processes, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet industry standards and company specifications.
7. Identifyingopportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations.
8. Collecting andanalyzingdata related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
9. Learning and applying principles of lean manufacturing to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
10. Preparing reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.

To be successful in this role you will:
11. Be currently enrolled or recently graduatedina Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering: Mechanical; Energy
12. Havemaintaineda GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
13. Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
14. Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
