Join Infineum for a rewarding career where innovation and support are at the forefront.Position SummaryThe ideal candidate will be a member of Process Control team with the responsibility to assist production and plant technical teams in the development and programming of control sequences for all system‐controlled processes, including DCS, PLC‐based systems and Operational Technologies (OT). The role combines engineering, manufacturing and computer programming skills to support and improve the process control system for secure and reliable plant operations. S/he is also a team member of unit reliability and integrated project teams. This position reports to the Process Control Team leader.Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve
Define and implement control strategies, sequence code, recipe modifications, operator interfaces and other digital applications for the operation of batch and utilities units in the Vado Ligure plantAssist in plant troubleshooting, identifying root cause solutions to process problemsDevelop programming and support execution of capital projects such as new equipment or a new plant unitTrain Process Technicians, Console Operators, Engineers and Supervisors on the use of the process control computer and related computer applicationsProvide off‐hour support, weekend standby duty, and backfill coverage as neededLead troubleshooting for process control system by collaborating with the IT department, DCS service provider and any 3rd party vendors to identify root cause solutions to system issues
