In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing service requests from initial inquiry through completion, ensuring that resources, documentation, and communication are handled efficiently.You will act as a central point of coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, supporting smooth execution of service activities while maintaining high standards of quality, cost, and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as main point of contact for service-related coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersDefine and communicate service objectives and scope to the involved teamsDevelop and maintain service plans, schedules, and documentationMonitor and update service documentation, reports, and job filesCoordinate required resources, including personnel, materials, and toolsEstablish and support procedures for risk, issue, change, and communication managementSupport preparation and follow-up of service budgets and cost trackingKey RequirementsTechnical or maritime educational background, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 2 years of experience on board cruise or merchant vessels or in a maritime technical environmentUnderstanding of navigation systems; experience with Platinum equipment systems is a strong advantageAbility to manage multiple service requests from start to finish with a structured approachStrong communication and coordination skillsAble to work independently while collaborating closely with Field Service teamsProficient in English, written and spokenWhy choose us and why we’d choose youAt NACOS Marine, we empower people to take ownership and responsibility for their work.
