The HR Organization Lead Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing HR processes, organizational structures, and workforce planning strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role is crucial in facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring changes align with the organization’s ambition and culture. This role requires both a strategic and data-driven approach, focusing on translating data insights into actionable recommendations for organizational improvements.
Activities
1. Conduct micro and macro-organizational analysis based on company strategy, business needs, processes, and relevant KPIs.
2. Evaluate the organization's current state, identifying potential obstacles, and analyzing the impact of proposed changes on departments, teams, and individuals.
3. Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather inputs, address concerns, and build buy-in, conduct interviews, surveys, or workshops, ensuring all voices are considered in the change process.
4. Support the change management processes by developing accurate initiatives to ensure people commitment to organizational change, the reasons behind it, and how to implement in own area.
5. Track the progress of change initiatives, collecting feedback, and reporting on metrics to measure success.
6. Maintain and update the Company Organization Chart Library and set up the organization chart tool.
7. Map and define job descriptions by analyzing key accountabilities and competencies required, based on RACI matrix, processes mapped, and consistent with organizational changes.
8. Evaluate jobs using the company's adopted methodology, grading each position within the company career ladder, and assigning accurate compensation banding.
9. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits practices.
10. Support the design and implementation of compensation structures aligned with company objectives and industry standards.
11. Analyze and monitor data to support organizational analysis and compensation decisions.
12. Project Management: participate in cross-functional and global projects promoted by HR or business functions.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of consulting-related activities, analysis, or consultant consulting-related activities.
2. Degree or Master's degree in Economics or management engineering.
3. Willingness to work in a team.
4. Curiosity and initiative.
5. Aptitude for problem-solving.
6. Spoken and written English.
7. Demonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data.
8. Digital attitude.
9. Data analysis ability.
