Within the Global IT Workplace Operation team, the Global Workplace Operation Team Leader is responsibile for the following activities:
* Resolve incidents escalated by local IT and Global Service Desk
* Track resolution of incidents and requests
* Administer systems, test, install and release various applications
* Share personal experiences of support and technical expertise with local IT and Global Service Desk through communication or knowledge base articles and documentation
Key Responsibilities
* Support Microsoft Windows 11
* Support core collaborative applications (Microsoft Office 365, Citrix, Printix, …)
* Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
* Being independent on troubleshooting and finding solutions, applying them accordingly with company rules
* Help and advice users on appropriate action
* Support and train Local IT teams and Global Service Desk
* Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
* Track and route incidents and requests
* Document resolutions process and procedure (How to…)
* Following tickets with third-party vendors (Microsoft, Dell, ...)
* Follow release of applications and changes
* Embrace the strategy defined by the management and makes it his own
Qualifications and Experience
* 5 years in Workplace supporting environment
* PCs and peripherals
* Windows 11
* Mobile Phones (iOS, Android,...)
* Office 365
* End user support
* Troubleshooting, optimization Intune knowledge (nice to have)
* Experience with asset management, following ITIL standards
* Printing (nice to have)
* Language Skills: Good knowledge of spoken and written English
