We are looking for a motivated engineer to join our R&D and Manufacturing team.
The role focuses on supporting the development and improvement of materials, products, and manufacturing processes, working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience in an industrial environment, contributing to real projects from laboratory testing to industrialization.
Main Responsibilities
* Support product and process development activities, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Assist in translating production and customer needs into technical solutions
* Participate in laboratory testing, prototyping, and industrial trials
* Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data
* Support the definition and execution of test plans and Design of Experiments (DOE)
* Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams on process optimization projects
* Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation
* Support the introduction and validation of new materials, technologies, or processes
* Help ensure alignment of processes with quality, cost, and efficiency targets
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar
Preferred Knowledge (nice to have)
* Basics of powder metallurgy
* Fundamentals of manufacturing processes or industrial automation
* Basic understanding of materials science (e.g. surface science, powders)
* Exposure to additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing technologies
* Basic knowledge of vacuum technologies

* Solid technical foundation in engineering/scientific subjects
* Strong interest in experimental and laboratory activities
* Analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude
* Proactive approach and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
* Good level of autonomy and organization
