We are looking for a LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Purpose of the Job: To plan and manage logistics activities, in the own job scope, in accordance with operations requirements.
Accountabilities:
* Plan & ManageInbound Transportation for Stock Entry
* Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation from internal logistic provider and external supplier
* Manage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity, scrap inexternal different suppliers
* Manage relationships with Suppliers andwith the whole Supply Chain team to optimize deliveries and stock
* Manage materials from incoming to deliveryin Informatic Systems SAP - GSI
* Manage documentation related to materials IN and OUT
* Optimize the costs of the transports from internal or external warehouses
* Contact the couriers or clients for logistic issues
* Manage the costs and invoices for logistic /transport suppliers
Job requirements:
* Degree in Management Engineening or equivalent
* Good interpersonal and communicational skills
* Ability to manage deadlines effectively
* Technical Knowledge/experience:
o Experience of at least 3 yrs in warehouse/logistics activities
o Good knowledge of SAP (IM and WM) and Excel
o Knowledge of invoice, PO tool (Ariba, Inspire,..)
o Knowledge of English
