About the Role
Qvantel Customer Operations in Europe region is looking for a Junior Operation specialist to join an established customer program team in Rome. This role is ideal for a motivated individual whose presence is required monthly at our office in Rome with a higher education degree and 1–2 years of professional experience, and who is eager to grow in operations.
You will work closely with senior professionals cross-functional teams and side by side with the customer to support platform stability and help in quick incidents resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning, coordinating, and monitoring hotfixes process.
* Incidents/problems triage and root cause investigation before escalation to L3
* Ensure incidents/problems resolution within the SLA.
* Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment in case on major incidents.
* Alignment meetings with customer to discuss priority, agree resolution plan and explain fixes/changes impacts on the system.
Qualifications
* Degree in engineering or informatics.
* 1–2 years of working experience as incident/defect manager or testing activities in the IT industry is considered an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong logical thinking and organizational abilities
Troubleshooting and analysis
* Proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Troubleshooting and análisis for software
* Mobile Telco experience is desired
