What You Will Do
The Process Improvement Engineer will deal with Mixing and Dispensing of Liquid production efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Identifies improvement opportunities and leads process and technical solutions, tracking performance and analyzing deviations, proposing and implementing solutions in a comprehensive continuous improvement attitude.
Implements and sustains lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g. World Class Manufacturing, TPM, TPS, Continuous improvement) and acts as an accelerator on the deployment of cost-saving, automation, and waste elimination activities.
Identifies and implements control systems and the key performance indicators (KPIs), leads kaizen groups and action plans.
Plans and conducts activities related to the development of new processes including researching current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost, quality, and capability improvements.
Develops and co-develops effective, high-quality, high-performance processes and design guidelines for new product and/or technical solutions and improvements performing equipment, material, and processes evaluation.
Implements equipment, materials, and process performance improvements cooperating with technical stakeholders.
Edits and publishes process documentation and training materials for processes, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in technical Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, etc.)
Proven knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and passion for production improvement and seven wastes elimination.
Six Sigma / 5S methodology is highly recommended.
Fluency in English (intermediate).
A previous experience in a big scale, lean manufacturing Consumer and/or Alimentary production site is preferred.
