Our first product — the BWILD Running Vest — drops this May. Now we’re looking for someone who wants to help bring that mission to life in the world.
The Role
This isn’t a traditional internship.
We’re building a movement — and you’ll be right in the middle of it.
Your job is to make BWILD feel alive online: bold, real, and already everywhere .
You’ll help grow the BWILD community from the ground up, ignite hype activations, and get our first fans involved — so that by the time others discover us, it already feels like they’re late to the party.
Then you’ll bring that energy to life with content that’s raw, real, and full of soul.
What You’ll Do
* Grow a community of dreamers who dare (you’ll get free product to ship)
* Launch our first brand hype night (you’ll have a small budget to run it!)
* Create and post TikToks, Reels, and Stories that actually grab people
* Manage product gifting and community shoutouts (think: trail runners, creators, outdoor lovers)
* Collect and organize UGC we can repost and turn into ads

* You are a dreamer
* You love adventures, personal growth, or gear with soul
* You love storytelling and creating things that move people
* You’re enjoy using TikTok, IG, or both
* You take initiative, try stuff, and figure it out as you go
