Our team is characterised by an informal tone, mutual respect, clear communication and a shared commitment to find solutions together and succeed. /p pbYour challenges /b /p ul liJoin a regional team of 7 colleagues with the objective to support a great employee experience by delivering seamless cross-border administration of core HR processes to 11 VELUX sales companies in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden and Norway. /li liEach team member is a subject matter expert for one or more countries; through clear and standardized processes and a thorough knowledge database, all team members support cross-border on all standardized processes. /li liWork remotely but be located locally in the different sales companies we support; daily close contact via Teams, chat and e-mail to maintain a strong team spirit and support the business effectively. /li liBased in our local HR office in Italy, Colognola ai Colli near Verona. Some travel may be required as managers and colleagues are in other countries. /li liTake responsibility as the subject matter expert for HR and payroll processes in Italy, with opportunities to develop into the subject matter expert for Spain and Portugal and to receive training for standardized cross-border support across the scope. /li /ul pbYour qualifications /b /p ul liExperience with HR data, standardized processes, workflows and templates; motivated to contribute to development from a business and optimization angle. /li li3–5 years in a similar role (e.g., HR generalist, HR administrator, HR consultant) and preferably experience from a global company with Italian labour law and payroll knowledge; MSc in HR Management or similar is advantageous. /li liDigitally savvy with experience in Workday or another HRM system and payroll data; ability to optimize processes through digital tools. /li liStrong language skills: fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is a must.
