Job Summary:
Rossignol Group seeks a seller to support all operations of the Rossignol store and rental at Valtur Ski Resort – Cervinia Aosta. If you have retail and rental experience and want to be part of Rossignol’s new and expanding retail channel, we encourage you to apply.
The role supports the Store Manager in delivering an innovative, exceptional customer experience and in operating sales profitably.
The Sales Assistant is expected to inspire their team and colleagues, motivating people with a dynamic work approach.
Responsibilities:
* Serving customers according to the Group's sales processes;
* Providing high-quality customer service by welcoming, listening, and assisting beyond basic needs, demonstrating product knowledge and the Group’s heritage;
* Ensuring cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories;
* Discussing and advising customers on trends and developments in sportswear, demonstrating passion for skis and boots;
* Building and strengthening relationships with customers of different nationalities and personalities, making them feel at ease;
* Participating in the visual presentation of ski and boot products according to Group standards;
* Fostering open communication within the team, collaborating, and proposing effective solutions;
* Achieving individual and team objectives, and contributing to business development;
* Maintaining and setting up the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Over 3 years of retail experience including sales, rental, customer service, and merchandising;
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Fluency in English and possibly an Eastern European language.
