We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team.
This role is ideal for a proactive and hands-on individual with 3-5 years of experience in metalworking companies, preferably sheet metal.

About the Job:
* Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations, and internal logistics;
* Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations;
* Find ways to reduce waste, costs, and improve quality repeatability;
* Propose upgrades to systems and processes with new technologies;
* Identify effective automated and non-automated systems;
* Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria;
* Define requirements for new equipment, plan, and follow installation and maintenance;
* Resolve issues and delays in production;
* Collaborate closely with other departments (Supply Chain / Eng / Quality) to ensure continuous improvement;
* Optimize production management in terms of service, cost, quality, and safety, respecting specific KPIs;
* Ensure the execution of production plans by reacting promptly to problems;
* Manage the production team with direct responsibility for containing the total cost of labor;
* Define and monitor the production budget, proposing policies regarding staffing, stock, and investments in technology, equipment, and maintenance to General Management;
* Propose guidelines regarding the purchasing and maintenance of production systems and spaces, with responsibility for respecting the budget;
Requirements:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, we require the following qualifications at a minimum:
* A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
* This role is best suited for a proactive, hands-on person with 3-5 years of experience in metalworking companies (sheet metal preferred).
