Role Overview: In this position you will lead the fruit and vegetable department, ensuring optimal economic results, increasing the number of buying customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Guarantee correct management of the assigned department to maximize economic results, increase the number of buying customers and market share, and provide the best consulting service to the customer.
Protect company assets, lead and develop the team of your department, collaborating with store stakeholders and other company roles to achieve economic objectives.

Qualifications
Knowledge of the assortment of the referenced department.
Knowledge of main commercial KPIs related to department management and the applicable CCNL.
Excellent leadership, team coordination, strong customer and result orientation.
Excellent relational, communication, negotiation and commercial skills.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
