Program Overview
The UniCredit Graduate Program is a 12-month rotation-based program designed to kickstart your career in one of Europe's leading financial institutions. It offers the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, international, and supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and make an impact while empowering communities.
The global product line Client Risk Management is the center for all markets products, organized into specific trading and distribution units to serve institutional and corporate clients, including CS, Commercial Banking, and third-party retail clients. It covers a full range of financial and investment products and services, including loan origination, structuring, distribution, and trading.

The program provides a unique onboarding into our products and services platform, enabling you to explore your potential through on-the-job experience and international rotations across Client Solutions. Requirements
Our ideal candidate:
* Has up to 2 years since graduation or is graduating in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
* Holds an excellent university degree with strong academic records
* Has relevant internship or work experience in Markets, Investment Banking, Fund Management, Macroeconomic or Quantitative Analysis
* Possesses understanding of products, models, and risk management for corporate clients
* Is proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiar with Bloomberg, Reuters, Thomson Reuters, Murex, etc.
* Has strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills, especially for client interaction
* Has relevant international experience
* Can start full-time from September 2025 onwards
* Is willing to relocate internationally
* Is fluent in English; a second language relevant to the target location is required
