Main Responsibilities: Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, the company website, social media, industry events, and professional networks. Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates in line with the requirements of open positions. Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews (in English and Italian) to assess candidates' skills and experience. Evaluation: Collaborate with line managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions. Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language (spoken and written) - our selection process includes a telephone language check in English before the interview; Knowledge of languages such as Spanish, French or German are a plus. Degree (in humanities or economics) with strong motivation and sensitivity to HR issues; Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and result-orientation; Proactivity, results-orientation, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and adaptability. Excellent Public Speaking skills.
