What will your role entail?
You’ll provide technical support over the phone to auto repair shops, helping shop managers diagnose and resolve complex issues they can’t solve on their own.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support over the phone to workshops in the Bosch Car Service network.
* Diagnose breakdowns and propose technical solutions.
* Provide advice on advanced mechanics (including electric vehicles).
* Liaise with the Italian market and report daily to the team leader.
* Manage incidents and log them in internal systems (Excel).
* Follow up and communicate via email.
Conditions:
* Full-time: Mon–Fri from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (39 hours/week).

* 100% Remote work.

Compensation: Total: €34,873.20 gross/year.
Requirements:
* Solid experience in mechanics (5+ years and/or experience as a workshop manager is a plus).
* Knowledge of diagnostics, engine disassembly, and electronic systems.
* Experience with electric vehicles is highly desirable.
* Bilingual level in Italian (C2).
* High level of English (C1+).
* Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
