Together, each generation of employees honor our past while dreaming of our future. /p pWe are looking for thoughtful, curious, and optimistic talents, seeking to deliver excellence and to contribute to Tiffany Co.'s continued legacy. /p pThe Retail Support Coordinator will work closely with the Headquarter Retail Team, partnering also with all Stores and Headquarter functions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libStrategy Analysis: /b Assist in implementing regional CRM and business development initiatives. Monitor performance via weekly/monthly dashboards and data reporting. Ability to support the CRM initiatives at cluster level. /li libOperational Support: /b Support daily in-store activities and help roll out updated work methods and headquarters projects. Passion for Operations department and desire to create best practice to optimize the service in store. /li libTraining Tools: /b Act as the "key-user" for internal software. Provide regular training to teams on new features and digital tools. /li libClient Engagement: /b Help drive customer loyalty programs and clienteling culture to improve long-term retention and experience. /li libTeam Collaboration: /b Partner with Retail Performance and Learning managers to identify growth opportunities and support team development. /li libStandards Maintenance: /b Coordinate daily and monthly checks to ensure all departments meet brand standards and operational KPIs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liVIE requirement: International profile (not Italian citizen) /li liPrevious experience in Retail (both on the field and head office) /li liPrevious experience in CRM or Operations in a retail company is a plus /li liGood understanding of retail stores processes and procedures /li liPrevious experience in data analysis /li liDesire to grow in a dynamic environment /li liStrong networking skills, with ability to build rapport quickly /li liFlexibility to travel in the stores of the cluster (Italy, Spain, Turkey) /li liFluent in English, Italian will be a valuable plus /li liAvailable to relocate in Milan /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 ul liDuration: 2 years /li liStart date: July 2026 /li liLocation: Milan, Italy /li liFull time collaboration /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
