Monitor performance via weekly/monthly dashboards and data reporting. Ability to support the CRM initiatives at cluster level. /li libOperational Support: /b Support daily in-store activities and help roll out updated work methods and headquarters projects. Passion for Operations department and desire to create best practice to optimize the service in store. /li libTraining Tools: /b Act as the "key-user" for internal software.
