An opportunity has arisen for a Learning&Development-Executive to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Supports the delivery and execution of Learning + Development initiativesProvides Learning & Development service and support to all departmentsTakes ownership of basic functional requests associated with Oracle Tahweel, Axonify and all other Learning systems and applicationsCoordinates and schedules various learning activities as neededSupports the Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Audit initiatives for the propertyTracks all training activitiesRepresents Learning + Development at internal and external meetings and workshops, if requiredKeep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and discus them with reporting manager thus enhancing the organization's training programs where approvedAdhere to departmental policies, HSE processes, Grooming Standards and Learning and Development standard operating procedures
