Position:
We are looking for a technical support role for events, part of the Maintenance Team. The candidate should be team-oriented, motivated, and goal-driven.
What will you do?
* Technical setup (audio/video, electrical connections for equipment) according to the instructions of the organizing department and the technical events coordinator of maintenance.
* Transport, assemble, and prepare equipment and necessary connections (electrical, audio/video, fiscal, IT), reporting issues to the technical events coordinator of maintenance.
* Provide technical support for the equipment used during events.
* Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to ensure successful events/experiences.
* Follow safety protocols for fire prevention as directed by the safety department.
* Handle the retrieval and storage of equipment after events.
* Maintain and care for equipment inventory as instructed by the supervisor or maintenance manager.
* Work with external service providers for event setup and area restoration after events.
Requirements:
What are we looking for?
* Experience in electrical systems, audio/video, and IT.
* Ability to work dynamically and adaptively.
* Teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
