Customer Service Specialist

for the site Borgo San Michele LT, Italy

Your key responsibilities

* Prepare data to support periodic call with the customers
* Update Report of Customer Service and KPIs
* Coordinate inner cross-functional meetings as part of the “Communication Improvement” project to identify and manage criticalities affecting the supply
* Coordinate the implementation of Products Line extension and products configuration Change
* Enter the Forecast and the orders in the system (Business on-going and New Business), according to standard contract time
* Collect Forecast (on-going and new business) to support the BUDGET and S&OP activities
* Analyse the request and send the order confirmation within contractual terms
* Monitor the customers’ orders until the shipment and re-schedule the shipping dates in accordance with the guidelines established from the Corporate (OTD)
* Analyse the causes in case of OTD failure and provide solutions to avoid a recurrence of the event
* Organize the products shipment and pick-up
* Maintain the Customer and the Product Master data


Your profile

* University degree in Economy or Management Engineering (preferred)
* Experience in Customer Service / Planning
* Knowledge the of Supply Chain process
* Knowledge of customer order management and demand analysis
* Experience in data analysis (Excel, ERP)
* Ability using Excel to process analysis, compare data and prepare graphics
* Ability to prepare power point presentations
* Fluent in English and Italian
* APICS certification (preferred)
* Sense of responsibility and perseverance
* Time management and planning skills and aptitude to respect deadlines
* Excellent listening and learning skill, with the ability to manage information
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Aptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations
