Our team includes more than strong500 professionals /strong - engineers, technicians, and project managers—all driven by the shared goal of delivering top-quality engineering services for a better and more sustainable world.brWe are currently looking for astrongSHUTDOWN COORDINATORbr/strongstrongDescription:br/strongShutdown Coordinator assists the Head of Maintenance in preparing and executing shutdowns lasting over a week.brstrongMain Responsibilities:br/strongulliIn coordination with the Contract and Procurement department, organizes pre-selection of contractors, drafting calls for tender, technical and commercial adjustments, and participates in the final selection of contractors; /liliSupport FFSD manager in spare parts demand, check availability in the warehouse, proceed with specific purchase orders whenever required; /liliAcknowledge HSE objectives for the shutdown from the FFSD manager; /liliProposes and coordinates updates to site procedures for shutdown, drafting any missing or specific procedures; /liliCollect HSE procedures, MoS prepared by contractors, JRAs related to each complex to prepare dedicated dossier; /liliEnsures contractors are informed of and comply with HSE rules; /liliParticipates in safety audits during shutdowns and implements corrective actions; /liliConsults with experts to assess the relevance of requested work; /liliIn coordination with the Contract and Procurement department, organizes pre-selection of contractors, drafting calls for tender, technical and commercial adjustments, and participates in the final selection of contractors; /liliDefine with FFSD manager the scope of work; /liliPrepare detailed planning for the SoW defined with optimization of time schedule and resources; /liliManage optimized plan and prepare co-activities matrix; /liliOrganizes and coordinates work definition meetings and drafts and circulates minutes; /liliCoordinates preparation for all shutdown activities (Maintenance, New Construction, and Projects); /liliOrganizes technical files and practical preparation, including logistics and infrastructures, for all aspects of the shutdown; /liliProposes the shutdown budget, ensuring that the best technical and economic solutions are chosen, and reports to line management and the Steering Committee; /liliManages the shutdown documentation to ensure it is efficient and accurate.
