We work primarily as designers and project managers for clients in the commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors. /ph3The role /h3ulliAs Group BIM / REVIT Standards Coordinator, you will work with the Global Revit / BIM team to define global BIM / Revit standards aligned with the organization’s goals. /liliEnsure the standards align with existing standards or procedures within Hyphen, such as Technical or Quality standards. /liliCollaborate with relevant teams to address any divergences from standards, ensuring alignment. /liliDevelop and implement group BIM workflows, tools, and standards. /liliEnhance the existing Revit training manual and conduct training across all offices as needed. /liliLead the implementation of ISO19650 workflows and maintain certification. /liliManage the BIM / Revit internal platform pages to keep all information current and accurate. /liliCommunicate standards updates to ensure all employees are informed. /liliCoordinate with local BIM Managers / Coordinators to maintain consistency across projects and offices. /liliEstablish and promote standards to ensure project and office consistency. /liliImprove staff inductions, training, and project coordination to reduce errors and delays. /liliEnhance staff efficiency and satisfaction through clear workflows. /liliStrengthen Hyphen’s market reputation and competitiveness. /liliPosition the organization for sustained growth with scalable, standardized processes. /liliExplore BIM as a third-party service offering to clients. /liliWork with the Global Revit / BIM team and local BIM Managers to plan and implement training. /liliSet targets for continuous BIM improvement across offices. /liliServe as the primary contact for resolving complex BIM issues, supported by the Global Revit / BIM team and BIM Managers. /liliOversee the work of the Group BIM Auditor. /liliMaintain ISO19650 certification post-receipt. /liliReport on activities and progress to the relevant teams and leadership. /liliRepresent BIM / Revit excellence within Hyphen. /li /ulh3Your skills and experience /h3ulliExtensive practical knowledge and experience with BIM and Revit, ideally within architectural, engineering, or construction firms. /liliLeadership confidence and ability to align a diverse international team. /li /ulpIf you believe Hyphen is a place where you can contribute your best work, be proud of your achievements, and develop your career, we’d love to hear from you. /ppPlease apply using the form below: /ph3Does this role suit you? /h3pHyphen will retain your personal information as indicated and will destroy all copies afterward.
