Ph3About the Role /h3pAs Operations Team Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of our depot in location on a day to day basis. You will have the right technical knowledge to analyse and resolve any issues that might arise with our products when they’re on site – whether that’s at set up, or during the period of hire. You will be responsible for the management of the Service Technicians and Drivers, ARC (alarm receiving centre) Specialists, Customer Service and Planner and you’ll work closely with roles and other members of the Team to attend to customer’s queries and requests. /ppYour role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative! /ph3Key Tasks /h3ulliEnsuring all the activities are carried out safely and in compliance with the policies and procedures laid out, including raising any concerns on safety with the Managing Director. /liliReporting accurately and on time on activities and provide relevant management information as required. /liliResponsible for the task management and performance of the Service Technicians and Drivers on a day-to-day basis. /liliDeveloping and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. /liliAccountability for all engineering matters onsite regardless of discipline. /liliInteract with and motivate the workforce. /liliKeep up-to-date the necessary professional knowledge through self-study and participation in training sessions. /liliPlanning, organizing and optimizing recurrent and ad hoc Dept activities. /liliCarry out inspections of installations in accordance with the applicable standards. /liliManaging the local stock supplies, including the timely ordering of necessary materials for the work to be carried out. /liliEnsure order and cleanliness at the workplace and in the service car/truck. /liliCustomer liaison and communications link to other colleagues, including looking for opportunities for business development, and ensuring correct and complete customer paperwork. /liliFull compliance with all HS requirements, including use of correct PPE at all times. /liliGuarantee our rapid deployment CCTV security systems. /liliRecurrent activities set up planning and execution coordination. /liliActively participating to Group meeting and activities /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliTechnically skilled: Experience of using tools and technology to achieve results /liliLanguage skills: native Italian speaker, advanced English skills /liliQuality-oriented: Committed to achieving and maintaining the intended quality.
