The Banking, Insurance & Financial Services division of Randstad LSS, specialized in middle and senior management recruitment, is seeking for a prestigious Real Estate firm a: REAL ESTATE ANALYST & CONSULTANT The successful candidate will manage relationships with assigned clients (Funds, Consortia, Asset Management Companies/SGRs, etc.) and support them in the administrative management of their real estate portfolios.
Key responsibilities: Manage lease contracts and branch rental agreements across the client portfolio (Retail, Offices, Logistics).
Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, building regulations, and local laws.
Coordination with other departments (Leasing, Technical, other) and third parties involved in the project.
Coordinate with accountants for registration taxes and other statutory payments related to leases.
Handle delinquency situations, debt collection, and coordinate with legal advisors as needed.
