Domus Academy was founded in Milan in 1982 as Italy's first postgraduate design school and as an open project revolving around Italian design and fashion. Over the years, it has evolved into a school in the full sense of the term: a place for postgraduate training and a research laboratory on the themes of innovation and design. The 1994 winner of the Compasso d'Oro for its approach to academics and research, Domus Academy has been included three times in Business Week's guide to the world's top 60 design schools. From 2012 to 2017 it was included in Domus magazine's guide to Europe's top 100 schools of architecture and design and from 2012 to 2014 in Frame's guide to the world's 30 leading graduate schools of design, architecture, and fashion. In 2016 and 2017, Domus Academy's Fashion School was selected by Business of Fashion as one of the Top Global Fashion Schools.

Domus Academy is currently looking for motivated individuals for the role of
Career Service and Industry Relations Specialist
The candidate will join the Career Service and Industry Relation Unit located in Milan, he/she will ensure the internship and placement opportunities for Domus Academy students in order to achieve the highest level of placement rate. Ensure the promotion of special activities and initiatives for students and alumni. He/She will also ensure maximization of Industry Relations opportunities enlarging numbers of new partnerships.
The candidate will report to the Communication and Industry Relations Senior Manager and will carry out the following activities:
* Assure the front-end services to students, in order to guarantee high level of placement services and to give students detailed information on their career path development.
* Recruit students aligned to company's requirements, in order to offer them internship and placement opportunities; support them in the revision of the curriculum vitae and in the correct execution of web-based platform for job posting of the companies.
* Guarantee the administrative services related to internship activities (contracts, documents and agreements with respect of laws and policies). Execute\ the reporting activities related to internship and placement opportunities for graduated and graduating students of Domus Academy. Assure data entry activities and analysis.
* Organize events aimed at promoting student visibility and favouring internships and placement activities (Career Gym/Career days).
* Promote initiatives for Alumni and related Alumni Reunions and Alumni Talks' series
* Assure the relations with national and international firms in order to implement the collaboration between the companies and the academic activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
University Degree in Humanities (e.g.HR, Labor Psychology), Law, Economics
Level of English (written and spoken) B2, preferably C1
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially)
Previous professional experience (minimum 3 years) in recruiting, front office with international students is desirable.
Highly motivated, customer-oriented, precise, team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
