About this role
We're looking for a motivated HSE Administrator Intern to support our daily activities, ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations.
- Support the HSE team in tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.
- Organise and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
- Monitor and manage safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules).
- Coordinate safety trainings and track employee certifications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.
- Participate in safety walks and inspections to identify potential risks.
What will you bring to us?
- Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Premio: Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is valuable but not required.
