Job DescriptionWe seek a candidate to join the Finance, Purchasing & Management Control team, supporting accounting activities up to the drafting of the company's and group's periodic and annual financial statements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport registration cycles related to purchase and sale orders in the accounting system;Record analytical data for orders and cost centers for KPI reports;Manage deadlines and tax obligations (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, tax deductions);Handle account records such as cash registers, expense notes, personnel costs;Register A/R invoices ensuring contractual compliance;Support accounting management of investments;Participate in updating business processes and procedures;Assist in periodic statutory and fiscal closures;Support management control and purchasing departments;Assist with cash flow entries, budgeting, and forecasting;Address complex multi-national tax issues;Deal with complex accounting and financial issues.Competencies and SkillsDeep knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial statements;High accuracy and attention to detail;Strong communication skills;Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision and PowerBi;Result-oriented, organized, flexible, team player, autonomous;Experience with consolidated financial statements is a plus.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields;Master's degree or MBA preferred;Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mid-sized structured companies.The position is based in Pomezia (RM).
