Overview
As Mechanical Testing Designer, you will support R&D to ensure product reliability across lifecycle and design tests to verify performance. You will plan test protocols, conduct structural analyses, and develop rigs to qualify loads and behavior. Your work helps bring safe, high-performing products to market through systematic validation and iterative improvements. * Perform structural analyses and tests to verify product reliability
* Define mission profiles, acceptance criteria, and test protocols
* Create Test and Experimental Plans for product validation
* Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
* Design tests, rigs/benches and acquire experimental data to quantify loads, behavior, and reliability
* Validate products, systems, functional groups and components

Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in mechanical testing and design
* Knowledge of materials mechanical properties and thermal treatments
* Knowledge of methods and tools for stress/strain experimental analysis
* Knowledge of Design of Experiments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
* Strong problem-solving skills
