Working under the supervision of senior SQEs, the intern gains exposure to supplier plants, quality processes and industrialization activities across the product lifecycle. /p h3Activity /h3 ul liSupport supplier plant assessments for new suppliers according to NSA (New Supplier Assessment) guidelines by collecting data and preparing assessment inputs. /li liAssist in providing information on supplier industrial performance to the Commodity Quality Champion (CQC) for current suppliers. /li liSupport industrialization activities of parts during the development phase by tracking requested supplier deliverables and ensuring consistency of documentation. /li liAssist senior SQEs in monitoring supplier readiness at launch by following open points and reporting status. /li liContribute to activities related to greenfield suppliers (new supplier plants) through data collection and performance tracking. /li liSupport qualification activities for product and process for parts or suppliers flagged as high risk, in alignment with the project RASI. /li liHelp measure supplier production capacity based on data provided by the project buyer and support reporting activities. /li liAssist in monitoring supplier industrial performance in mass production and contribute to continuous improvement tracking. /li liSupport the review of lessons learned and risk management actions, ensuring information is shared with the CQC. /li /ul h3Required knowledge /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering /li liItalian fluency is considered as a strong plus /li liAvailability for business trip on a regular basis /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of quality methods and toolbox operational practice /li liProcess knowledge: project/program management, industrialization processes for the concerned technical scope, supply chain /li liKnowledge and/or passion for automotive products and technologies /li liProactive and results-driven /li liAbility to work in a dynamic, high-change environment with complex supplier and technical challenges. /li liAbility to work in autonomy /li liAnalytical and synthesis skillsSAP Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
