Ph3Overview /h3 pStep into the thrilling world of Formula 1 with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team, and don’t miss your unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and innovative environment. /p pWe are one of the two Red Bull-owned Formula 1 Teams, and a group of passionate professionals always striving for excellence and continuous improvement in every aspect of our operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribution to the DiL Simulator activity as part of the simulator engineers’ pool. /li liContribution to the development and running of simulation- and data-driven race car setup and characterization methodologies. /li liRegular participation to DiL simulator sessions to organize sessions’ run plan according to Vehicle Performance engineers’ test items requests, manage the car simulation and extract results from the test items, including during race weekends. /li liPost-sessions test items results analysis work (including car performance and simulation correlation aspects), in collaboration with vehicle performance areas experts. /li liParticipation to the development of the Simulator activity though proposal, definition and execution of improvement projects. /li liPlanning and execution of such simulation and analysis methodologies according to the car development cycle and race test calendar (car development and Pre-/ in-/ Post-Event work). /li liMaintain documentation for the methodologies and projects under the roles’ ownership. /li liEstablish and contribute to performance-related working groups with the other Vehicle Performance groups. /li liEnsure that the main DiL activity has the required robustness, visibility, clarity in the department to make the most out of the tool. /li liEnsure that engineering tools and methodologies placed under the role’s ownership reach the expected level of quality and integrate coherently with the rest of the VPG Toolset and related guidelines. /li liExploration development of novel simulation- and data- driven methodologies in the field of vehicle performance. /li liSimulation and car performance analysis methodologies improvement proposals and implementation, in collaboration with the various fields’ experts of the Vehicle Performance Group. /li liParticipation to Race and Tests Events support activities from VCARB’s Operation Room and the Driver in the Loop simulator. /li liMaintain a proactive and positive attitude while working on assigned tasks, ensuring efficient delivery within deadlines. /li /ul h3Experience needed /h3 ul liDegree in an Engineering Discipline (engineering, maths, physics, etc.). /li liFormer relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in motorsport. /li liKnowledge of numerical simulation techniques. /li liKnowledge of vehicle dynamics modelling and vehicle performance contributors. /li liKnowledge of DiL simulations solutions. /li liExperience using Adams, Dymola or other Modelica-based modelling tools. Matlab/Simulink would be considered beneficial. /li liExperience in programming for engineering applications (for instance Matlab, Python, C#, Java, etc.) would be considered beneficial. /li liFamiliarity with data acquisition and analysis tools and methodologies would be considered an asset. /li liExcellent communicative and collaborative skills are essential. /li liExcellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work under pressure, with a minimum of supervision, to the highest levels of accuracy and quality. /li liA flexible approach to working hours is essential, together with a very good knowledge of English. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pSuccess on track starts with people, talented individuals who grow, learn, and push forward together.
