As a finance representative within a cross‑functional setting (Country Value Teams) you will play a key role in supporting and driving sales projections and investment decisions, promote budget education and accountability, build trust by delivering compliant financial statements, and manage risk. You will also participate in regional finance projects or workstreams to shape the finance function for the future, including digital transformation. You will report directly to the Sr. Finance Director Italy and contribute to an engaging, collaborative, mindful team that supports the BU Finance vision for the JJ Innovative Medicine Italy Operating Company. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFinance partner to specified Business Unit Leads; manage operating expenditures and sales forecasting; provide business rationale and recommend resource allocation decisions; influence outcomes using fact‑based data. /li liDrive initiatives in the local Finance team to implement the global finance transformation program. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives of local finance processes. /li liResponsible for the assigned elements of the business plan and challenge business partners on assumptions. /li liManage projects through collaboration with relevant stakeholders across multiple functions. /li liSupport the digital agenda and actively shape the future of the finance function. /li liMaintain the highest compliance standards while processing day‑to‑day tasks, assigned monthly/quarterly journal entries, accounting controls, and reconciliations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li8 years of relevant work experience with strong finance, accounting, and business acumen. /li liPreferable Master’s degree in Economics or Finance. /li liKnowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry an advantage. /li liStrong collaborative communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust among business leaders and finance colleagues. /li liAbility to influence business partners with fact‑based data. /li liExperience in finance transformation processes, including digital skills. /li liStrategic thinking and strong analytical skills. /li liHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to drive outcomes. /li liTeam player with a positive can‑do attitude and agility to flex multiple work streams fluidly. /li liFluency in Italian and English (both oral written) is a must. /li liAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required) and PowerPoint.
