Look no further. We offer an excellent opportunity to join our Human Resources team, based in Bussolengo (Verona), as Personnel Administration Specialist. The Personnel Administration Specialist plays a key role for the payroll administration of all Italian and international employees under the different local laws. She/He is also responsible for Time Attendance matters in the different countries, managing the various time systems and external consultant relationships. The person will be a point of contact, under the supervision of the Payroll Manager, for all the employees in Italy and in the Subsidiaries (France, UK, Germany) on administrative matters and queries. For this role, it is mandatory to have a good English knowledge as the person will be in contact with international employees. Good communication and collaborative skills as well as ability to work in team are requested. This position deals with external payroll agencies, personnel consultants and external agencies. /ph3What will your contribution be? /h3ulliManagement of time (clock-in and out, holidays, time off etc.) in the different countries and using different time management systems (ADP-Workday) /liliSupport the payroll process management and preparation for the different countries /liliManage the relationship with external payroll providers in the different countries /liliSupport in all the administrative matters related to time, benefits, absences /liliSupport in the termination process management /liliManage the administration process related to benefits (shares, insurances, welfare etc.) /liliDocumentation management (employees requests, contract management, declarations etc.) /liliManage relations with external agencies for administrative topics /liliPerson of reference within the organization with reference to the Pension, Heath Insurances and other benefits, depending on the Country /liliEmployee Data Management within the HR systems used within the company /liliSupport in some HR reporting activities (ex KPI) /liliIf necessary, involvement in local or international HR processes working together with the other HR team members /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3ulliMaster’s degree or equivalent /lili3‑4 years of experience in personnel administration (payroll and time) preferably in structured and international companies /liliGood English skills (reading, writing and speaking) mandatory /liliFrench and /or German knowledge would be appreciated /liliGood usage of MS Office, especially Excel /liliWorkday knowledge appreciated /li /ulh3What soft skills are we looking for? /h3ulliPrecision /liliDecision making /liliCommon sense /liliCapability to elaborate information /liliTeam-working /liliAvailability to people relationship /liliStress management /liliNegotiation /liliOrganization /liliResults focus /liliProblem solving /li /ulh3What will you find? /h3ulliA dynamic, international, and inclusive work environment /liliA friendly and collaborative team atmosphere /liliTraining and development opportunities /liliSmart Working (two days per week) /liliCompetitive reward packages /liliSocial and company events /liliWellbeing initiatives (welfare) /liliCanteen /liliBenefits (Pension Fund – Health Insurance) /li /ulh3What do we offer? /h3ulliFull-time permanent position /liliSalary package: around 38,000/43,000 euro annually /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
