Experience with Scaramuzza Technique is advantageous. /li liTraining on British Piano Pedagogy and official syllabuses, provided by WKMT staff in weekly one-hour group meetings. /li liOne-to-one piano lessons with Juan Rezzuto available upon request and mutual agreement. /li liThe intern delivers up to 39 hours of tuition to students of all ages and levels at WKMT Kensington, WKMT Camberwell, and/or students’ homes, as directed by WKMT staff. /li liTypically, each teacher teaches around 30-33 hours weekly, though this varies throughout the year. /li liWKMT may offer accommodation options for interns living near studios, at £550/month, all bills included, with a digital or acoustic piano. /li liTeaching one-to-one piano and keyboard lessons as per student needs and study plans. /li liPreparing students for performances, exams, auditions, festivals, and gigs; maintaining records of student progress via our IT system. /li liParticipating in non-tutorial activities like performances and recordings. /li liPerforming basic office tasks. /li liDeveloping student retention through effective teaching methods, including good communication, structure, and motivation. /li liSupporting students in using internet resources. /li liHosting students with high hospitality standards, offering drinks and maintaining courtesy and presentation standards. /li liCollaborating on WKMT’s SEO efforts, including backlinking, article and video production, keyword research, competitor analysis, citation audits, and other promotional activities. /li /ol h3Role Requirements /h3 ol liExperience in teaching is preferred, but training is provided, and attendance at training sessions is granted after successful probation. /li liCompliance with health and safety standards and child protection legislation. /li liProven record of artistic excellence or decency, such as recordings, concert programs, or press articles. /li /ol h3Additional Notes /h3 ul liHolidays should be taken during specified periods: 25th July to 1st September, and 18th December to 5th January. Some holidays may be exchanged for concert preparation days. /li liOne day off per week, to be agreed with the studio, excluding weekends. /li liTeaching hours are unevenly distributed; efforts are made to cluster hours but may vary, with practice time available during spare hours. /li liSchedule changes may occur until the day before; students may book lessons spontaneously. /li liIf a teacher is unable to teach, colleagues will cover hours as coordinated by the staff manager. /li liProfessional presentation and attire are expected from all teachers. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
