Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies.
To strengthen their internal staff, they have commissioned us to search for a Data Entry specialist.
Under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager, the role holder is responsible for accurately performing a range of general duties.
Activities include:
Handling incoming customer calls
Customer Service and Orders (NSO) email activities
Data entry within a business management system
Back office tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma
Advanced level English, preferably fluent in spoken and written communication
Previous experience in customer service or data entry is preferred
Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SAP may be advantageous
The position is offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
