Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Owning and driving employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Verifying payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Providing daily HR consulting to clients, maintaining client relationships, and resolving cross-border employment issues.
* Admin support: generating reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
Requirements:
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills: identifying, scoping, and resolving complex and sensitive HR issues.
* Data-driven: you challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
* Enjoy working with people, possessing a strong service mindset, and thriving on listening to and helping others solve problems, with the ability to provide effective solutions in complex situations.
Interview Process:
* Preliminary Screening: HR communication.
* First-round Interview: Video interview with the department head to assess.
* Final-round Interview: Video interview with the company's CEO about the position and career development.
