For our client, an innovative and internationally active company specialized in data management, based in Novara, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fintech and banking-related custom software projects. The role focuses on requirements analysis, software delivery coordination and communication with development teams, acting as a key link between customers and internal technical teams.
You will contribute to ensuring smooth execution of software projects, timely releases and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, execution and monitoring of software development projects, with a strong focus on coordinating activities between customers, developers and operations teams.
Collect and analyze customer requirements, translate them into structured functional specifications, and support prioritization of development activities and project timelines. Support the priority of daily activities of Banking Operations and Banking Data Management teams in alignment with software delivery needs.
Manage and track customer tickets related to software functionalities and issues, support backlog organization and ensure proper follow-up with development teams.
Act as operational point of contact for customers on ongoing software projects, ensuring clear and continuous communication on requirements, progress and releases.
Prepare project documentation, support testing and validation phases, coordinate releases and maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures.Requirements
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or in Business Administration, Economics or Finance with a strong IT focus.
