Move with us for a better world! About the Role We are currently looking for an Electronic Testing Designer to join our R&D Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). He/She will be tasked with ensuring the reliability of the performance and functions of products and related electronic components, with reference to specified requirements. In addition, he/she will verify the compliance of products with applicable Regulations and Standards and ensure proper management of the know-how generated while carrying out the activities, the documents required for formalizing test plans, protocols and outcomes and their proper archiving and traceability. Main Responsibilities - Executing experimental activities for characterizing and fine-tuning the control dynamics of products under development and subsequent data processing and reporting. - Design and implementation of software tools for test equipment (example: test bench/simulators control software, communication interfaces between devices, etc) - Design, implementation and use of measurement chains for experimental activities and simulators control - Designing, coordinating, and executing product/system testing and experimental activities - Defining and managing mission profiles and test plans for products/systems under development - Definition, coordination and conduct execution of applicable regulatory testing - Supporting prototyping activities of processing or control algorithms (Hardware-In-the-Loop) - Proper feeding of information management/archiving systems (test and experiment diaries and reports) - Identifying/addressing solutions to detected problems Requirements - Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (preferred) or Biomedical Engineering - 1-3 years of experience in similar role - English proficiency - Available to short business trips - Experience in design of measurement chains and on electronics testing processes - Knowledge of data acquisition systems and data acquisition software design/programming (e.g. Lab View and others) - Knowledge of electrical/electronic measurement instrumentation, methods and systems - Knowledge of modeling of physical/dynamic systems using mathematical tools and knowledge of tools for data processing, data analysis etc. - Electronic design, prototyping skills and knowledge of FMEA (design and process) methodologies - Smart, dynamic, curious, creative person with good interpersonal skills - Teamwork attitude, skilled in product development activities - Aptitude for problem solving, good ability to summarize, identify and collect necessary and relevant information - Highest degree of professionalism, dynamism, curiosity and rigorous approach Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer - Discover your potential with a career at Technogym, where work means loving what you do, taking on challenges, learning from others, sharing a vision and making it come true!
