During bank holidays and summer holidays you will work 8.30am to 2pm on Saturdays.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and is keen to develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are handled efficiently and professionally. You will play an important role in maintaining our high standards of customer care while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the team.The ideal candidate would need the ability to communicate at all levels effectively and have a professional telephone manner.
