We're passionate about food, serious about service, and proud of the reputation we've built.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and friendly Part-Time Customer Support Assistant to join our busy and supportive team, with an immediate start available working Fridays 5pm-10pm and Saturdays 8.30am – 12pm. During bank holidays and summer holidays you will work 8.30am to 2pm on Saturdays.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and is keen to develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are handled efficiently and professionally. You will play an important role in maintaining our high standards of customer care while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the team.The ideal candidate would need the ability to communicate at all levels effectively and have a professional telephone manner. This role would suit an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, has a friendly attitude and is able to learn and develop new skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately capture and input customer orders received via inbound and outbound telephone callsRespond to customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and helpful mannerBuild positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfactionResolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately when necessaryMaintain up-to-date and accurate customer recordsProvide consistently excellent customer service across all interactionsCarry out general administrative duties to support the wider teamSkills & ExperienceStrong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levelsProfessional and friendly telephone mannerGood attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamA positive, can‐do attitude and willingness to learnPrevious customer service or telephone-based experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be providedPersonal AttributesEnthusiastic and self-motivatedApproachable, friendly, and customer-focusedReliable and able to manage time effectivelyEager to learn and develop new skillsBenefits and PerksReward and recognition schemeLong service awardsCompany Pension schemeDeath in service benefitEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAccess to discounted foodNon-contributory Cash Health Plan Scheme#J-18808-Ljbffr
