Do Work That Matters – Your role and responsibilities
At KPMG Advisory you help clients address complex challenges. Our Restructuring services team supports debt and industrial restructuring, and assists firms in accessing non-repayable grants and subsidized loans under national and European co-financing programs (PNRR and other incentives). As a member of this team, you will:
* Analyse the financial performance of target companies to identify their financial situation
* Develop financial modelling and business plans
* Conduct independent business reviews of business plans
* Negotiate with main stakeholders (financial institutions, creditors) and distressed M&A partners (investment funds, industrial partners)
* Provide technical assistance for client participation in national and European co-financing programs, development contracts, and PNRR calls
* Prepare independent preliminary checks for incentive measures of development contracts
Come As You Are – Your skills and characteristics
* 1/2 years of experience in financial restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance
* Experience or deep interest in grants & incentives for enterprises (PNRR and other incentives) is also recommended
* Specialist degree in business with a focus on finance (AFC) and/or engineering management (for finance)
* Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
