Your Role
We are seeking talented professionals to strengthen our Midrange System Unit infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet technology and business goals.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
* Design and develop data center architecture aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
* Define and implement policies for data center management, security, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with infrastructure and networking teams to ensure connectivity, resilience, and scalability.
* Evaluate and select hardware, software, and service providers.
* Manage the implementation of new solutions and technologies.
* Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure.
* Establish security, backup, and disaster recovery policies to protect data and ensure business continuity.
* Maintain documentation of architecture, configurations, and changes.
Other duties may be assigned as your role expands.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
* Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
* Deep knowledge of data center technologies including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing.
* Expertise in security, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Understanding of industry standards and regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant certifications like DCCA or CCNP Data Center are advantageous.
