Job Purpose
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff in MEE.
Responsibilites and Tasks
The assigned tasks consist of a selection of following tasks and may vary due to local specifications:
• Welcome visitors at the reception
• Organize external and internal events or meetings
• Handle daily post and courier traffic
• Manage office supplies
• Arrange travel & accommodation (booking, contracts, …)
• Support the administration of Expat handling
• Support the company car administration
• Provide further administrative support
Required Knowledge/Experience
• Qualification as Office Assistant / Secretary / Travel Management Assistant or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in an administrative function
• Good kowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowlegde of related tools, e.g. travel management systems
• Good English language and, if required, local language skills
• Proactive, structured and organised working style
• Good communication skills
• Open, friendly and service-oriented personality
