Experteer Overview
As an Operations Analyst at Glovo in Milan, you will optimize city-level operations to improve user experience and profitability. You’ll partner with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to drive growth, efficiency, and scalable processes. You will analyze KPI performance, build reports, and propose improvements while ensuring courier engagement and satisfaction. This role offers meaningful impact on how we operate in multiple cities and supports Glovo’s mission to deliver a fast, easy experience.

* Drive KPI performance for UX and profitability across a portfolio of cities
* Perform strategic analysis and create reports/dashboards on core operational metrics
* Suggest and implement process improvements to scale operations
* Engage couriers (Glovers) to maintain high engagement and satisfaction
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial and Quality Control teams to ensure alignment
Responsabilità
* Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, mathematics, or statistics)
* At least 1 year of experience in a demanding environment (operations, technology, consulting, or investment banking)
* Advanced Excel skills and strong data interpretation abilities
* Autonomous, proactive, hands‑on approach to support couriers
* Excellent communication with problem‑solving, empathy, inclusivity, and curiosity
* Professional proficiency in English and Italian
