What You'll Do:
Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration
Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams
Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance
Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships
Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech
You'll Need to Have:
Experience as an ASM/SM in a high-volume retail setting
Strong track record of hitting sales/KPI targets
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium/luxury landscape
Fluency in English
Local Language (additional local language is a plus)
